END OF AN ERA: “we are very disappointed in you,” New York Giants reportedly made a major decision about Brian Daboll future.

The New York Giants have reportedly made a decision that could signal the end of an era, with head coach Brian Daboll reportedly on the verge of being relieved of his duties after a disappointing season that saw the team miss the playoffs for the fifth consecutive year.

Daboll, who was hired by the Giants in 2022 as part of the team’s efforts to turn around its fortunes, had been widely praised for his offensive innovation and his ability to develop young players, but his struggles to translate those qualities into wins on the field ultimately proved too much for the Giants’ ownership and management to overlook.

“We need to find a coach who can instill a winning mentality and a sense of discipline in our team,” said one Giants executive.

The Giants’ decision to move on from Daboll comes as part of a larger effort by the team’s ownership and management to overhaul the franchise and build a sustainable foundation for success in the future.
