Reports: Due to a muscle issue, Morata will be out for a minimum of three weeks.

Alvaro Morata has reportedly sustained a muscular injury that will keep him out of action for about a month. This is horrible news for the player. Morata will be sidelined for at least three weeks due to a muscular injury, according to Sky and MilanNews. As a result, he will miss the next two league games in addition to the international break.

The day before Saturday’s match against Torino, he started to feel unwell, but he still played, scored a significant goal, and then had a relapse. Paulo Fonseca and Milan suffer a severe setback as they lose their new starting center-forward right away. The Spaniard will be unable to report for international duty with Spain, which will play against Noah Okafor’s Switzerland and Luka Jovic and Strahinja Pavlovic’s Serbia in the UEFA Nations League during the next break. He will also be forced to miss the next two league games against Parma and Lazio.

Morata, who turned 31 on Sunday, bit his teeth and made himself available to Fonseca for the encounter against the Granata, entering the game in the second half after experiencing what he believed to be a small muscular ailment the day before the Torino game.

Sadly, though, the injury got worse, so he will have to miss at least three weeks of work. The intention is to have him back in time for Milan vs. Venezia, the first game following the break; but, the derby and the first Champions League game are the next week.
